● Discuss Secretary position. Requires taking the minutes. Requires that the meeting be
recorded.
● Approve minutes from the last meeting.
● Decide where records for the Ethics Board shall be kept. Decide where ethics complaints
shall be filed. The County Attorney no longer wants to retain records or be the place
complaints are filed.
● Approve amended Meade County Ethics Board Procedures. Agenda was amended to add
approval of these procedures.
● Hearing on Complaint. 24-E-0001.

Meetings will occur as needed. Board to decide if another meeting is to be scheduled.
