Meade County Fiscal Court will be holding our first in a series of Town Hall & Fiscal Court Meeting Nights out in the county. Our first event will be held in Muldraugh on September 10th with our Town Hall starting at 6 PM EDT followed by our monthly Fiscal Court Meeting starting promptly at 7 PM EDT.
We would like to thank the City of Muldraugh for sharing their space with us so we can bring local government to the citizens of their city and our county.

Meade County Solid Waste and Recycle is now accepting bids for a glass pulverizing system.

The bid specs are as follows:

• Surge hopper 18” wide feeder
• Conveyor: 18” belt x 22’ long
• 2 screen mesh unit
• Dust suppression system
• Electrical enclosure, controls and disconnect
• Paper blower system

Bids should be remitted to Meade County Solid Waste and Recycle at 750 Ready Mix Road Brandenburg, KY 40108 no later than September 11^th, 2024 by 4:00 PM EDT. Come by the library to learn about recycling from the Meade County Recycle Center. They will be bringing a portable paper shredder if you need to shred any white paper only. They will also have a few bins available for newspaper and other recyclables. Recycling Education and crafts will be available in the annex. All ages are welcome.
