PUBLIC NOTICE – MEADE COUNTY COURT HOUSE – CLOSED FOR VETERANS DAY – MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH 2024

The Meade County Courthouse will be closed in observance of Veteran’s Day on Monday, November 11th, 2024. We will reopen Tuesday, November 12th, 2024. We’re closed for Veterans Day to honor and recognize the service and sacrifice of military veterans. This federal holiday is observed annually on November 11th, and it’s an opportunity to show gratitude to those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. By closing, we give our team and community the chance to reflect on the importance of veterans’ contributions and to take part in ceremonies, events, or personal time for remembrance. It’s a way to show respect and support for those who have dedicated themselves to protecting our freedoms.
