NOTICE OF LIFTING OF NO OUTSIDE BURN ORDER
Effective: Tuesday, September 24, 2024
3:00 pm est.

This is to inform the residents of Meade County, Kentucky, that the NO OUTSIDE BURN ORDER previously issued on September 5, 2024, has been LIFTED. Sufficient rainfall has occurred, mitigating the hazardous conditions that prompted the burn ban.

Residents are now permitted to resume outdoor burning activities, including the use of fireworks.

Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to safety during this period.
