The Meade County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids on opportunity to build a new EMS Station 3 in Payneville, KY.    Sealed bids should be remitted to Meade County Judge/Executive’s Office at 516 Hillcrest Drive Brandenburg, KY 40108 no later than Monday, March 28th, 2022 by 4:00 p.m.  Meade County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted.

Architectural blueprints will be available on LEN imaging site. 

The building will be approximately 2,600 square feet

  • Site work required
  • Typical Construction
  • The building shall have one drive thru bay
  • Living quarters
  • Two bedrooms with full bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Supply room
  • Laundry room
  • Mechanical room
  • Brick exterior with a typical gable shingle roof
  • Trane HVAC Equipment
  • Contractor must be bonded and insured
