Planning and Zoning – Board of Adjustments
The Meade County Board of Adjustments consists of five (5) citizen members whom are appointed by Fiscal Court. The BOA follows the guidelines established in KRS 100 and their bylaws.
The Board of Adjustments meets on the first Monday of every month at 8:30 AM in the Meade County Courthouse Planning & Zoning Boardroom.
The Board of Adjustment’s responsibilities include:
- Approving or Denying applications for Conditional Uses, Variances and Non-conforming Uses.
