Surplus Vehicle for Sale by Sealed Bid

Meade County Fiscal Court is soliciting sealed bids for the following surplus vehicle:

2013 Chevrolet Express 4500 Van Ambulance

Mileage 236,647

Vin # 1GB6G5CL7D1116857

Sealed bids should be remitted to Meade County Judge/Executive’s Office at 516 Hillcrest Drive Brandenburg, KY 40108 no later than Thursday, May 12th, 2022, by 4:00 p.m. 

The bids are expected to be awarded the following week.  The vehicles are being sold ”AS IS”.  No warranties expressed or implied.  Meade County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted.  The successful awarded bidder will be required to take possession of the vehicle with in five (5) business days of the award.  Cash or certified bank check is required. 

The ambulance can be viewed at the Meade County Ambulance Service located at 999 Armory Place, Brandenburg KY 40108, by appointment only.  Contact the office at (270)422-4023 to schedule an appointment.  Any questions please contact Todd Vinton or Jerome Morgan at the office number listed.

SPECIAL NOTE:  The vehicle will need to have all striping/logos/lighting removed from it.
