Please be aware that we have seen a dramatic upswing in the number of malicious emails being sent. These malicious emails take a variety of forms – some attempt to lure the user into opening a malware laden attachment; others provide links to infected websites. Some recent examples include: bogus invoices and shipment tracking reports, false reports of account cancellations and negative credit activity, unsolicited invitations to open secure documents, phony Microsoft tech support and fake antivirus alerts.
